Tantra

A way of life

Tantra is an ancient science that is over five thousand years old. There are thousands of Sanskrit texts about her, very few of which have been translated, and only ten percent of these texts talk about sexual love.

Modern Tantra is inspired by one book – Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, translated and written between 10th and 15th century, in India. It recreates the dialogue in which Shakti asks her Shiva to give her answers on how to live in the material world, enjoying life, body and love consciously.

In tantric circles this book is revered as the bible of Tantra. It can be said that Tantra is an ancient knowledge and teaching of enlightening the consciousness through the body. A path to enlightenment, through the unification of our masculine and feminine natures!

Dialogue between Shiva and Shakti

A song of bliss!

When Shakti goes to Shiva and sees this incredible being, this god, she decides to surrender to him, and he becomes her lover. And she decides to ask him questions. He decides to ask him what are the ways to enlightenment. She asks how she can awaken this Universe within her.

This song is a form of longing for the formless!
She asks him:

What are these energies that awaken our bodies and spur us to action? And this matter of which they are made, and what are these dancing things that contain grace? And what is this spark we call life that appears as the union of flesh and breath? How can I understand this mystery and go deeper into it? O my beloved, you who are destined to encompass all the innumerable individualities that ever existed, leave me in the unity of all your parts. You who hold in your hands the mysticism of will, knowledge and action, reveal to me the path of enlightened knowledge.

And the One who is intimate with all beings, with his love which is infinite for them, answers:

O beloved, your questions require ancient wisdom from direct life experience. The path of experience begins with the breath. When the breath goes deep, we create an illuminated reality that we expand between every two breaths. When the breath goes out, there is an urge that turns inward. At this moment, you are empty. Entering the void is the source of all life. And here, the breath is all inside! And the moment he turns to leave, a spark appears and life resumes. Awakening is in this!

Tantra for women

In today's fast-paced and constantly demanding world dominated by male energy, it is increasingly difficult for a woman to show her true nature. It is difficult for her to express her femininity, creativity, sensuality and sexuality. It is increasingly difficult to create harmonious partner relationships based on support, sharing, intimacy and love.

Tantra is one of the paths leading to femininity, creativity, sensuality and sexuality!
